Your life is too precious to go through your days feeling like you are just going through the motions; disconnected from your sense of joy and awe, from yourself and the people you love. It’s time to reclaim your life. Self searching is the means by which we bring new vision, action and grace to the negative side of our natures. Let's rediscover your life’s purpose. Lets pursue the things which bring you meaning. Lets open our minds and hearts to all the possibilities around us. Lets get back on track. I invite you to begin healing.
Welcome. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health care. I specialize in helping clients with a range of concerns including Depression, Anxiety, Substance use/ misuse, major life changes and relationship challenges.
My counseling style is empathic and conversational. Respect, sensitivity and compassion are vital components to the therapeutic process. We will work to incorporate your experiences, feelings and values into a congruent, meaningful life story. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, narrative and evidence based strategies; all while allowing space for rediscovery, growth and repair.
